Among Nelson & Company’s commercial real estate assets are 14 acres in Downtown Oviedo, Florida. We lease to numerous tenants amid varying properties including restaurant, retail, warehouse, and office space. Additionally, we have orchestrated several development projects among hundreds of acres that influenced the growth of Oviedo, supporting high-quality residential and commercial buildings. This includes Oviedo on the Park, Reformed Theological Seminary, and Kingsbridge East and West.
