Arthur Evans is the 3rd generation president of Nelson & Company and has a deep commitment to sustainable development in Seminole County. Leveraging the sale of thousands of acres of family land, he has created high-quality residential and commercial development in East Seminole County and Orange County.
With the support and combined efforts of his family, public officials, and planning and engineering firms, Arthur has paved the way for the Downtown Oviedo Redevelopment Plan, the center of his life’s work.
